THE EVENT
Enjoy an evening immersed in the arts, including the unveiling of a significant new portrait by renowned artist Ralph Heimans, and the opportunity to participate in the creation of a gold-leaf artwork with ceramic artist Ben Mazey.
Hosted at Pallion's new purpose-built Arts Studio in Marrickville, the evening will also feature a live acoustic performance by acclaimed Australian musician Josh Pyke.
THE EVENT

The Pallion Arts Studio supports artists-in-residence within the Pallion Arts Program and provides a dedicated site where precious metal techniques such as gold leafing and restoration are re-energised through classes led by master gold and silversmiths.
The studio represents a pivotal moment for Pallion as it continues to reignite the legacy of precious metals in art through its celebrated Arts Program.
THE PALLION ARTS PROGRAM
Precious metals have been used by civilisations for centuries to create enduring works of art. Pallion seeks to give artists the opportunity to continue this tradition.
The Pallion Arts Program encourages artists to work with precious metals and supports the creation and presentation of ambitious new works.
The program provides emerging and established First Nations, Australian and international artists with access to responsibly sourced Australian gold and silver, enabling new possibilities in contemporary practice.
THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF AUSTRALIA FOUNDATION
The National Gallery of Australia Foundation Board is a dedicated group of philanthropic leaders responsible for raising funds and securing significant works for the National Gallery of Australia.
Each year, the Foundation hosts a mid-year reception in Sydney. In 2026, this occasion is proudly hosted by Pallion.
